CPAH is committed to quality housing for the long-term for our residents, which requires ongoing management to be responsible stewards for the resources we have.
CPAH’s internal culture values racial and social justice, lived experience, and continued learning. We do this by examining and recalibrating our internal systems and external outcomes. CPAH’s new strategic plan was designed to facilitate our commitment to living this value.
CPAH centers residents in the work we do. We build housing for people of all ages and life experience. Their needs and dreams inform the programs and services we offer to strengthen resident stability and success.
