Red Rock Creek Commons is among the first new developments within the Tigard Triangle Urban Renewal Area. The site is well-situated with convenient access to high-frequency transit, grocery stores, Portland Community College Sylvania Campus, many potential employers, natural areas, and other amenities. The vision for this property is a combination of workforce housing and housing affordable to very low-income individuals.  New Narrative, a local mental health services agency, is our partner in providing support services for the individuals with severe and persistent mental illness housed in eight of the units.

Building features include: elevator, community room for onsite services and activities – including a full kitchen, efficiently designed units, and access to the natural area immediately around Red Rock Creek.  All of the 48 units at Red Rock Creek Commons will be affordable for residents at 60% of Area Median Income or below.
