Cedar Grove

Cedar Grove

Located at 13400 NW Cornell Blvd., Beaverton OR 97229

The corner of Cornell and Murray is the gateway to Cedar Mill, and the Cedar Grove Apartments connect with the neighborhood through a plaza on the street corner and community space in the building. The site has bus service from two bus lines, with a stop onsite that has been improved with this development, which connects residents to the rest of the City of Beaverton and the surrounding areas via the Sunset Transit Center. A pocket park with a splash pad, built in partnership with Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation, will keep residents and community members cool in the summer.

Cedar Grove is a four story building with 44 apartments with eight units set aside for homeless families.  Cedar Grove is the first regulated and affordable units designated for the purpose of housing homeless families in the City of Beaverton, and CPAH is proud to lead the charge on addressing this crisis.

All of the 44 units at Cedar Grove will be affordable for residents at 60% of Area Median Income or below.  There are 14 family-size units: 7 three bedrooms and 7 two bedrooms, 26 one bedroom units, and 4 studios.
