Fundraising Manager

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with foundations, soliciting gifts from individual donors, creating a planned giving program, managing our organizational grant compliance, reporting and funding calendar, collaborating with the Communications Manager to achieve successful fundraising events and appeals, and working with the board and committees.

This position will focus efforts on raising funds to support our Resident Services programs.

Youth and Family Services Coordinator

CPAH provides culturally responsive youth services at five of our affordable housing complexes:  Oleson Woods, Greenburg Oaks, Cedar Grove, Spencer House, and Village at Washington Square.  The Youth and Family Services Coordinator is part of CPAH’s resident services team and is responsible for CPAH’s youth programming, overseeing youth services and connecting with families.  This includes coordinating with community providers and building community partnerships in order to support our youth and family services. Although historically CPAH has provided direct youth services, because our portfolio is growing, CPAH is seeking someone who is also interested in program development and coordination with community based resources as that will be a large part of this role.

Resident Services Coordinator – Senior Focus

The Resident Services Coordinator provides direct program implementation of CPAH’s resident services programs and activities, focusing on eviction prevention and housing stabilization.  This position will focus on supporting residents to age in place with a focus on CPAH residents who are 55+ and/or who have disabilities.  Tasks include providing resource and referral information, coordinating with on-site property management and community based services, organizing community building activities, tracking outcomes and compiling reports, partnership development, supporting volunteers and agency interns and assisting with the Resident Advisory Committee.

Resident Services Coordinator – Permanent Supportive Housing Focus

The Resident Services Coordinator provides direct program implementation of CPAH’s resident services programs and activities, focusing on eviction prevention and housing stabilization.  This position will focus on two newer communities that include permanent supportive housing, as well as non-serviced enriched housing.  Tasks include providing resource and referral information, coordinating with on-site property management and community based services, organizing community building activities, tracking outcomes and compiling reports, partnership development, supporting volunteers and agency interns and assisting with the Resident Advisory Committee.
