Leadership Development

CPAH creates leadership opportunities for residents through the Resident Advisory Committee (RAC). Issues that the RAC can address are broad, ranging from services and opportunities needed at CPAH apartment properties, to concerns about larger social issues such as housing displacement.

Residents on the committee will develop priority projects on various topics, such as food security, safety and emergency preparedness. RAC members will gain a better understanding of how CPAH operates and build a stronger sense of community with residents in CPAH housing.

The Resident Advisory Committee was initiated with a grant from Meyer Memorial Trust and benefited from the expertise of UniteOregon.
