Your contribution to CPAH helps us continue to develop and maintain affordable housing and to be sure that our residents are able to be successful. Nearly 50% of those we house are children, and many of our programs are targeted to ensure their success in school. Other resident programs focus on eviction prevention and housing stabilization for our resident families and our vulnerable seniors and people with disabilities.
Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) is exempt from federal and state income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and comparable state law.
A few ways your dollars can work:
Provides training and support for our Resident Advisory Committee or assists CPAH with the costs of field trips for our kids! (We are looking forward to resuming, when possible, kayaking trips to connect with nature and trips to the coast where many kids experience the ocean for the first time.)
Provide Wi-Fi hotspots to 10 residents for a year to help them bridge the technological divide or provide learning supplies, healthy snacks, and staffing at one of CPAH’s After School Homework Club programs. As we continue to add more buildings, these programs expand!
Provides socially distanced family activities that we deliver to households each month with seasonal themes while the pandemic continues on.
Purchase supplies for online cooking classes for our senior residents or provide food for family and senior potlucks, which will hopefully resume within the year!

Thank you for your support!
Now, more than ever, our work is needed. Your support is greatly appreciated.
We are so very excited to be bringing new affordable communities to the region. But most important to CPAH are the residents we serve, they are at the center of everything we do.
Your gift to CPAH helps us to support residents with services, connect them to the larger community, and provide the housing they need.
