CPAH Has Grown to Serve More People

Over the last three years Community Partners for Affordable Housing has had many opportunities to respond to our own residents’ needs while creating more housing and finding new ways to support the community. At times it has been incredibly challenging, but it has also been rewarding. We have opened two new buildings and are about to open a third. We are breaking ground on our largest community ever and have three additional projects in the pipeline. CPAH is also now providing homeless services for Washington County. We are so grateful to be able to do this work.

All of this has translated into a lot of organizational growth. Our staff has more than doubled in size since March of 2020.  Although we have all grown more comfortable and more competent at working from home, we are also back in the office quite a lot.

To accommodate our growth, this past fall we began an office remodeling project. It has been pretty wonderful to be in our renovated space, which can accommodate our organizational needs while providing a lot of natural light, tremendous flexibility for in person and hybrid meetings, space to work and connect with colleagues, and many areas to plug in a laptop and engage our work.

Everything changes. We know that for sure. But for now, this is a really good space to be.
