Early Fall Updates from CPAH

As we enter fall, we know this is such a hard time for many.
A pandemic, desperately important local and national conversations calling out the need for equity and the impact of racism, our forests on fire,  those who have lost homes to these fires, and others who are on the brink of eviction because of our economy and job loss.  Add to that the kind of political divisiveness that is embedded in so much of our community and country.
But we are working!

We have just been allocated Metro bond funds for a new project in Tualatin!  We are so pleased to announce we are on the road to building another new affordable housing community.  Something we could not be doing without the support and partnership of many people and organizations.

CPAH has also been accepted into the State of Oregon’s Supportive Housing Institute – so that we can learn more about how to support our residents

And –

WITH YOUR HELP, CPAH has been able to support our residents – backpacks completely packed with amazing school supplies for our kids.  Food boxes for our residents who need that help.  Support for households as they search for assistance paying rent.  Thank you – to many of our supporters and partners – who participated with us, and continue to do so, in this effort.

We are here, standing with our community and also looking ahead.
